NOTES: 100% organic and vegan. Wild fermentation with indigenous yeast. This place has been famous for having the best rosé in Europe since the middle ages! The Camino Santiago (a walking pilgrimage undertaken by Catholics for centuries, ending in NW Spain) taught folks from all over Europe to love pink wine. 8-12 hours skin contact followed by a 30 day cool fermentation in stainless steel tank with lees stirring.

Also, this is a BIG BAG, BABY! With TWO WHOLE BOTTLES of wine! With 0 sugar! Low sulphites! And it stays fresh for 45 days! Wine Bags is my new stage name!
