TASTES LIKE: Grassy! Fresh n green! Tropical and fruity (like an underripe mango plus lime) from the Sauvi B, floral and mineral (like jasmine) from the Riesling.

NOTES: 100% organic and vegan. Fermented in stainless with lees stirring. This valley has made wine since the 1800s because of conquistadors! Catholics REQUIRE wine and so the Spanish planted it everywhere they went.
