GRAPES: 90%  Moscatel de Alejandria (80-year-old vines), 10% Semillon

FROM:  Itata Valley, Chile

TASTES LIKE: Magnolia flowers and peach skins with soft tannins. 

NOTES: 100% organic and vegan. Wild fermentation with indigenous yeasts. From dry-farmed vineyards (yay!) 28 day skin contact. Orange wine is considered white wine in Itata Valley because wine presses are historically expensive so that step was skipped for whites. History is neat!

Also, this is a BIG BAG, BABY! With TWO WHOLE BOTTLES of wine! With 0 sugar! Low sulphites! And it stays fresh for 45 days! Wine Bags is my new stage name!
