FACTS: Queer, female winemaker. This wine is farmed sustainably and has the bare minimum sulfites added. Pairs great with Thai and Vietnamese food!

Orange wine is made from white grapes. Instead of fermenting just the grape juice, like a typical white wine, this style ferments with the grape skins as well, like a red wine. This technique gives the wine more flavor, a more robust texture, and that lovely amber color. FREAKING HOORAY!
